Garden Party
Third Annual Spring Event
This years Garden Party was held on Sunday, May 22nd in the beautiful courtyard and gardens of our campus at Most Holy Redeemer Parish. Everyone in attendance enjoyed a pleasant Spring afternoon featuring live music from Mariachi Cora (reflecting the local Hispanic culture), along with great refreshments. Long time Detroit TV news anchor Amyre Makupson served as Mistress of Ceremonies, and former Detroit Mayor Hon. Dennis W. Archer gave a captivating keynote speech. There were many guests, including representatives from our sponsoring congregations of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Basilian Fathers, as well as friends and supporters of the school.
