Adele spend with Detroit Cristo Rey since the beginning Lauren banegas who's our president was a founding board member his son went to Holy Redeemer High School whistle Holy Redeemer so he knew the value of Catholic Education in this neighborhood true and how the teachers teach their students and how much they're involved with the learning and the participation of what their students do what Contracting he's one of those kids he's always asking questions he's always bringing information about the neighborhood what he's doing at school what he's doing Community he's really involved in Kellogg Urban Gardens and skirts knee Park which is on our property it's kind of cool to watch him from this little quiet freshman who didn't say two words to this junior his hat all these opinions about you know everything I begin ideal from since my freshman year up to my junior which is this year and every year has been something different beginning with can your in administration sophomore year in accounting and Junior and Contracting and each year has taught me a little bit different perspective of what companies do and how how much the influence of real world and how I can benefit from each side of the company and came to the ideal group internship program and is flourishing I started working for a man for two years straight she has helped me so much has guided me to a lot of really good places to help me out with my applications for college she was at a big sister I need to go to school from the first one look for freshman year she said I want to work with you in marketing and I said okay next year you can come work with me and from there we now have a very strong bond I see her as one of my sister site Assessor's 21 also so I have two little sisters now she's going places and she's smart but this school change where her she was going especially about Kristen raised that we created a family here and that everyone motivated each other to know wanted to better and to go to college and everyone had that mindset that it's like that saying when you hang around people who you know have that goal or mindset you know you you want to do it more or you you know you want to succeed on self it was that I build a friendship that you know have lasted up to now and you know we're on school we're only College I'm all just so proud of each other and just saying we're part of Crystal Reyes it's so good just to say I was part of the trick history high school and people look at you in my phone borrow you were part of that you were part of that school we're over here quite a bit can we do our best to help the school we believe in what they do here and that you know that they're making a true difference in the city of Detroit
